is growing! We are a locally owned clinic in Burlington that blends advanced medical aesthetics with whole-body wellness. We are looking for a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) who is a true self-starter to join our team in a dynamic, hybrid role.
The Role: Best of Both Worlds
This is a hybrid position where no two days are the same. You will split your time between making a great first impression at the front desk and providing top-tier clinical support in the back.
Front Office Duties:
Greeting patients with a warm, professional energy.
Managing the schedule, confirming appointments, and handling patient check-ins/outs.
Answering phones and assisting with retail product recommendations.
Back Office (Clinical) Duties:
Peptide Therapy Management: You will be responsible for running our peptide program, including patient education, tracking protocols, and managing supply.
Phlebotomy: You must be confident and skilled at drawing blood.
Injections: Skilled in administering injections as directed.
Derm Procedures: You will assist in minor derm procedures including prepping and packing specimens
Patient Prep: Rooming patients, taking vitals, and assisting with aesthetic and functional medicine procedures.
Maintenance: Ensuring exam rooms are stocked, clean, and meet all safety standards.
Who You Are
Certified: You are a current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA).
Technically Skilled: You have proven experience with blood draws and injections.
A Self-Starter: You don’t wait to be told what to do—you see a need and jump in.
Adaptable: You can pivot from a clinical mindset to a customer service mindset seamlessly.
Passionate: You have an interest in medical aesthetics, hormone therapy, and functional medicine.
Schedule & Benefits
Full-Time: Tuesday through Friday.
